3. Check In With Our Staff

Show our team your booking confirmation. For in-store bookings, scan the displayed QR code and enter:

• Email address
• Number of bags
• Number of storage days

4. We Tag Your Bags

A staff member will confirm your booking and securely tag each bag.

You will receive an email confirmation and a printed docket for your records. Keep the docket or confirmation email for collection.

5. Your Luggage Is Stored Securely

Your bags are placed inside our locked storage facility. Access is restricted to three authorised staff members.

6. Collect Your Bags
